Return Policy

GIAMA allows returns for 14 days from the date your order is delivered/received. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. We offer refunds to the original payment method or store credit. Please note return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item(s) are deemed faulty.

Return Requirements:

  1. Original tags must remain attached.
  2. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  3. Item(s) must be in original packaging (protective bag)
  4. Item(s) must be in a resalable condition

We do not accept returns for items that have been used, modified, marked, or damaged post-purchase.

Return Process

Request a return by emailing us at info@shopgiama.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please make sure to include your order number.

We will process your return within 3-5 business days of receiving your item(s). Store credits can be issued immediately, refunds to the original payment may take an additional period of time due to third party processing timelines.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change your size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original purchase for a refund or store credit, in accordance with our return policy.

Sale Items

We do not offer returns / refunds / exchanges on any sale items. These items are final clearance.

In the rare event that you receive a faulty sale item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with images and information of the fault so we can review and provide store credit to the value of your purchase.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, please email us at info@shopgiama.com within 7 days of receiving your order with images and information of the fault so we can resolve it for you as soon as possible. For faulty items, we provide either a refund, store credit, or replacement.

Incorrect Item

If you receive the wrong item, contact us at info@shopgiama.com with your order number, name, address, details of the incorrect and originally ordered product. We will provide a solution promptly.
